For this residential project in North Vancouver, our team at Level Up Canadian Roofing & Exteriors provided a full gutter system replacement designed for both performance and curb appeal.

We began by removing the old gutters and downspouts, which had become inefficient due to age and clogging. Once the system was dismantled, we cleaned and prepped the fascia boards, ensuring a solid, clean base for the new installation.

Next, we installed premium 5-inch seamless K-style aluminum gutters, custom-fabricated on-site for a perfect fit and leak-free finish. To minimize maintenance and prevent clogging, we added Pro Guard II aluminum leaf filters, which effectively keep out leaves and debris while maintaining smooth water flow. Finally, we completed the system with new 2x3 aluminum downspouts, securely fastened and properly directed to carry rainwater safely away from the foundation.
