Share your property address, contact details and the work you’re considering. Photos can help us understand the issue before we visit. We respond to online estimate requests within 24–48 hours and arrange an assessment suited to your project.

Inspect and explain
We assess the areas relevant to your project, take measurements and use photos to explain visible issues. Depending on the work, we may look at roofing, flashings, ventilation, skylights, gutters or siding. Roof access depends on safe conditions.

Review your written estimate
Your estimate explains the proposed work, materials and price. We walk you through suitable options, answer your questions and discuss potential additional costs, such as concealed wood damage. You can review the details before approving the scope.

Plan the work together
Once you approve the estimate, we coordinate scheduling, material delivery and property access. We explain what to move or prepare before the crew arrives. Start dates are weather-dependent, and we keep you updated if conditions affect the plan.

Complete the agreed work
Our crew carries out the approved scope using the selected materials. For roof replacements, this includes removing the old roofing, checking the exposed deck and installing the new system. We discuss any issues uncovered during the work and any changes needed.

Clean up and review the result
We remove project debris, check the completed work and review the result with you. Roofing clean-up includes clearing the gutters and a magnetic nail sweep where appropriate. We share project photos and confirm the workmanship coverage that applies to your job.

How should I prepare my property?
We’ll confirm the preparation needed before work begins. Depending on the project, this may include moving vehicles, patio furniture and delicate items near the work area. Please keep children and pets clear of the work zone.
What workmanship warranty do you provide?
Roof replacements carry a 10-year workmanship warranty, with 5-year workmanship coverage for flat roofs and new gutters. Your written proposal confirms the coverage for your project. Warranty terms for other services and repairs depend on the agreed work and existing conditions.
